  6. im no expert – but isnt this overkill and considered sacrilege to put egg sauce on egg pasta? thats why carbonaras are served with non-fresh pasta right?

    also – looks incredible

    Don’t let the haters win this is an acceptable portion along at a restaurant that would presumably serve multiple other courses. It’s just a taste! I assume it’s very rich as well. Looks amazing.
